I received top test scores in high school that got me into my dream college. Now I'm developing methods to help other students be successful! I have tutored peers throughout high school and college and am now focusing my efforts full time. First, I teach students how to identify the few SAT/ACT problem types. Next, we work together to determine the students comfort level with each problem type and teach how to solve problems they are unfamiliar with. Then, I provide the student with plenty of practice and coaching. My method help students overcome testing anxiety and build their academic confidence.

I have high but reasonable expectations for my students. I was in your shoes just a few years ago - I know what you're capable of! I'm patient and motivating. I love talking about my college experience and helping you find your perfect colleges. I LOVE linguistics and have studied Chinese, Spanish, Korean, and Japanese. I played soccer, lacrosse, ran, and Irish danced throughout high school and college. I watch documentaries and "how-to" videos of all sorts. My students love hearing my random facts!
